
Salon policy
Opening Hours: By prior appointment / scheduling only.
Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked via phone at +36 30 556 5117 or online through our website: https://budapest-nails.salonic.hu/
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible! Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service, which will be added to the next visit. If a Client does not show up for a booked appointment without cancellation, the next appointment can only be scheduled after a 50% deposit is paid, and the full price of the missed service will be charged at the next visit. If a Client misses two consecutive appointments without notice, we will no longer be able to offer further appointments.
Punctuality: Please arrive on time and alone for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will only be able to offer a simple, single-color nail service, and the specific service will be determined on-site depending on the time available. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we will not be able to perform the service, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.
Hygiene: Please observe basic personal hygiene. In case of illness (runny nose, coughing, fever), we cannot provide service. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on the salon premises. Pets are not allowed in the salon.
Payment: Payment is due after the service is completed, and can be made in cash (HUF) or by bank card.
Prices listed on the website are non-negotiable.
Other: We do not work with materials brought in by Clients.
